April blossoms

Loveliest of trees, the cherry now
Is hung with bloom along the bough,
And stands about the woodland ride
Wearing white for Easter-tide.
A. E. Housman.

I have seen dawn and sunset on moors and windy hills
Coming in solemn beauty like slow old tunes of Spain:
I have seen the lady April bringing the daffodils
Bringing the springing grass and the soft warm April rain.
John Masefield.

It`s April I know
Apple blossoms dazzle in
Pink laced fancy dress.
Dorothy Holmes.

Lovely - and just the springy touch I needed today.
